- Modern Dance at Green Space: The Green Space will be hosting modern dance classes for adult beginners on Tuesdays from 6:30pm until 8pm. Drop ins are $20 and you can purchase the entire 20 class series for just $360.The instructor is Valerie Green and she will be teaching the Hawkins=Based Modern Dance Class. - Go Ricki!: QED Astoria will be hosting Go Ricki on January 12th from 9pm until 10:30pm. This stand up and storytelling showcase is based on the ridiculous premises from the Ricki Lake Show. - You Deserve It: QED Astoria will also be hosting another stand up showcase called You Deserve It from 9:30pm until 10:45pm on January 20th featuring some of QED’s favorite comedians.
