Next week is Thanksgiving, which means a number of fun holiday events will be taking place in Astoria, NY. In today’s blog, we’re going to cover a few of the events taking place this weekend and next week. - Fall Adventure Days: Brooklyn Boulders Queensbridge will be hosting Fall Adventure Days on November 23rd from 12:30pm until 3:30pm at 23-10 41st Street. Kids ages 5 through 12 will enjoy rock climbing, gymnastics, and more! A great way or children to be active and learn a new hobby in the process!
- LA Palms Paint and Sip: The Paint Place will be hosting LA Palms Paint and Sip on November 20th from 7pm until 9pm at 31-21 31st Street. Cost is $45 and includes the materials you need to create your very own masterpiece! The class is for participants 18 and up and you can bring your own wine or alcoholic beverage.
- NYC Made Market: The NYC Made Market will take place on November 17th and 18th from noon until 5pm at 35-52 32nd Street. You can purchase crafts and art from local vendors and artists in your community! A great way to find a unique holiday gift.
- Real Food Holiday Workshop: Wellness by Kristen will be hosting a Real Holiday Food Workshop on November 15th from 7:30pm until 9:30pm. Admission is $75 and the event takes place at T-Studio Event Space (38-01 23rd Avenue). The workshop will teach you how to create healthy, plant-based Thanksgiving foods that are well-seasoned and delicious!
