- Pre-Valentine’s Day Market: You can check out a Pre-Valentine’s Day market at the Main Hall of the Bohemian Hall & Beer Garden (29-19 24th Avenue). The market is open from noon until 6pm on Sunday, February 12th. You can purchase baked goods, art, jewelry, clothing, and more from a variety of local vendors. - Valentine’s Pop Up Market: The Queens Kickshaw will be hosting a Valentine’s Day Pop Up market on Sunday, February 12th from noon until 5pm. You can purchase handmade wallets, pins, bracelets, cards, silk screened tote bags, and hot sauce. Nothing is over $35 and mulled+spiked cider will be available for $5.
- LIC Reading Series: The LIC Reading Series will be presenting readings and panel discussions featuring authors Jason Diamond, Kelly Luce, and Sara Majka on February 14th at 8pm. There will also be drinks and prizes. Admission is free! A unique way to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
