With the fall weather finally cooling things down, you and your friends and family should head out and see what’s happening in Astoria. Community Events
- Oktoberfest at The Bonnie: The Bonnie will be hosting Oktoberfest on October 8th at 2pm and October 9th at 11:45am. The Bonnie is located at 29-12 23rd Avenue. For more information, you can visit thebonnie.com or call 718-274-2105. The event features German food and beer, as well as games, prizes, and a mid-afternoon ceremonial keg tapping.
- Babies, Beer, and Broadway: On October 15th from 11am until 1pm you can visit Peerspace for drinks and live music. Bring your kids and onsite babysitters will keep them entertained while you enjoy drinks and music. Admission is $30 ($25 for members) and you should RSVP by emailing [email protected].
- Half-Price Wine Night: Sac’s Place Restaurant (2541 Broadway) will be offering half-price wine on Tuesdays in October. The promotion is for dine-in only and there is a max of two bottles.
