- Spring Garden Tours: The Queens Botanical Garden will be presenting Spring Garden Tours on June 4th from 1pm until 2pm. The tour is free with garden admission ($6 for adults, $4 for seniors and students with ID, and $2 for children). The garden is located at 43-50 Main Street Flushing. - Storytime with Tim Miller: The Astoria Bookshop will be presenting a reading of Moo Moo in a Tutu from local author Tim Miller on Sunday, June 4th from 11am until 2pm. You can call 718-278-2665 for more details.
- Terrarium Brunch Class: Luludi Living Art presents their weekly terrarium brunch class on Sunday June 4th from noon until 1pm. Admission is $65 and includes materials, instruction, gift box, a croissant or muffin, and a glass of coffee or tea or wine. You can call 718-721-2195 for more details.
- BWAC Performance Series: On Sunday, June 4th from 2pm to 3:30pm the BWAC Performance Series will be presenting singer songwriter Brandon Glasgow. The show is free and will be held at the Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition (499 Van Brunt Street). Other shows in the performance series this summer will feature poets, singers, bands, and film screenings.
